In Patience Tester: Sarcasm Mode, you face a series of annoying public encounters. Your goal is to maximize your satisfaction score by choosing the best sarcastic response while managing your patience meter. Each scenario presents three choices: best, polite, and angry. The best choice increases both satisfaction and patience, while polite and angry choices drain your patience. The run ends if your patience drops to zero or if you successfully complete all scenarios.
Tips
- Aim for the 'best' snark to gain 12 satisfaction points and a small patience boost.
- Avoid angry responses, as they incur a heavy 24-point patience penalty.
- Don't let the 16-second timer run out, or a polite response will be chosen automatically.

If the 16-second timer runs out, a polite response is automatically selected, which penalizes your patience by 14 points.
How do I win the game?
You win by successfully completing all 6 scenarios without your patience meter dropping to zero.
Why is my patience draining?
Patience drains constantly at a rate of 1.1 points per second, and also decreases when you choose polite or angry responses.
