More about this game
Take command of a lone destroyer breaking through an enemy blockade. Your ship fires automatically, so your primary goal is to weave through incoming fire and take down enemy patrol boats and destroyers across ten levels. As you progress past level four, enemies begin attacking in formations, fire faster, and navigate around blocking islands. The run ends in failure if your 100-point hull integrity drops to zero, or in victory if you defeat the final boss, The Scarlet Leviathan.
Tips
- Watch out for enemy destroyers; their shots are aimed directly at you and deal 10 damage, while standard patrol boat shots only deal 8 damage.
- Use the islands introduced in level five for cover, as they completely block both your yellow shots and the enemy's red projectiles.
- When fighting The Scarlet Leviathan, stay mobile; it fires up to five projectiles at once and spawns extra patrol boats when its health drops below 70 percent.
Questions
How do I heal my ship?
You cannot heal your ship during a run. You must survive all ten levels with your starting 100 hull integrity, so dodging enemy fire is crucial.
What happens if I crash into an island or an enemy?
You cannot crash into islands; your ship will simply slide along the edge. However, ramming an enemy destroyer deals 22 damage to your hull, and hitting a patrol boat deals 14 damage.
How does the final boss fight work?
The Scarlet Leviathan has 170 health and attacks in three phases. As its health decreases, its spread attack widens from three to five projectiles, and it begins firing aimed shots directly at your position.
