More about this game
Penguin Dash is a vertical platformer where you guide a penguin down a deep, icy shaft. The goal is to reach the warm egg resting at the very bottom. Along the way, you must use the penguin's golden beak to smash through layers of ice bricks. Grumpy seals patrol the platforms, and falling too far in one drop will cause a snow crash. The run ends when you grab the egg, touch a seal, or fall too fast.
Tips
- Watch your fall distance. Dropping more than 780 units without landing safely causes a snow crash.
- The beak has a reach of 118 units. Use it to break bricks below you before you step on them.
- Seals move back and forth at a speed of 130. Time your beak attacks to hit them safely.
Questions
How do I break the ice?
Press the BEAK button or the Z/X keys to swing the golden beak. It will smash any ice bricks directly in front of or below the penguin.
Why did I crash when landing?
If you fall too far in a single drop (over 780 units), the penguin builds up too much speed and crashes upon landing. Break bricks to lower yourself safely.
Can I defeat the seals?
Yes, you can use the beak action to bonk the seals. This will clear them from the platform and add to your seal defeat count.
