More about this game
Tiny Shield Duel is a turn-based combat game where you face off against three wooden toy knights. Each turn, the enemy reveals their intent—a sword, shield, or arrow. You must select the correct counter action to deal damage and build your combo multiplier. If you choose the wrong action, you take damage and lose your combo. The game ends when you defeat all three challengers or your HP drops to zero.
Tips
- Memorize the counters to survive: Block counters the Sword swings, Attack breaks the open Shield stance, and Dodge slips the heavy Arrow hits. React correctly to avoid taking damage.
- Keep your combo alive to finish fights faster. Each consecutive correct counter adds 4 bonus damage to your attacks, up to a maximum of 24 extra damage on a 6-hit streak.
- Don't rush your moves. The combat is completely turn-based, so take your time to read the intent icon carefully before pressing the corresponding counter button.
Questions
How do I deal more damage to the knights?
You deal more damage by building a combo multiplier. Every consecutive correct counter adds 4 bonus damage to your base hit of 14, capping at a 6-hit combo. A wrong move resets it.
What happens if I pick the wrong counter action?
If you pick the wrong counter, your combo resets to zero and you take damage. Enemy Arrows deal 135% damage, swords deal standard damage, and shields deal 72% of their base 10 damage.
How many enemies do I need to defeat to win?
There are three opponents to defeat in order: Red Plume, Blue Guard, and Crowned Knight. Each one has more HP than the last, starting at 34 HP and increasing by 10.
