In Political Gas Blast, you stand in the center of the screen and defend yourself from a mob of incoming caricatures. Your goal is to survive as long as possible by tapping the targets to launch gas projectiles that knock them backward. Every 10 seconds, the heat multiplier increases, causing enemies to spawn faster and charge at higher speeds. A run ends instantly if a single caricature manages to cross your defense and touch your character in the center circle.
Tips
- Prioritize enemies that trigger the warning honk, as this means they have crossed the 390-pixel danger threshold and are very close to ending your run.
- Prepare for double trouble after 16 seconds of survival, as the game introduces a chance to spawn two caricatures at the exact same time.
- Remember that your projectiles travel at a speed of 2750 pixels per second, so they will hit targets almost instantly when you tap them.
Questions
How do I score points?
You earn exactly one point for every caricature you successfully hit with a blast projectile. The final score screen shows your total blasts and your survival time in seconds.
What happens when the heat level increases?
Every 10 seconds, the heat multiplier goes up by one. This increases the base speed of incoming enemies by 28, while also making your blast knockback stronger by 80.
How does the game end?
The game ends immediately if any caricature touches your character's hit radius in the center. The screen will display Gassed Out along with your final blast count and time.
