In Color Catch Challenge, your goal is to pop the balloons that match the target color shown at the top of the screen. You have exactly 60 seconds to score as many points as possible. Correct taps add one point, while popping the wrong color subtracts one point. The game features three difficulty levels—Easy, Medium, and Hard—which increase the number of colors from three to nine, shrink the balloon sizes, and boost their movement speeds. The run ends when the 60-second timer reaches zero.
Tips
- Watch the target color closely, as it changes immediately to a new color every single time you pop a correct balloon.
- On Hard difficulty, up to 13 balloons can be on screen at once, and they shrink to a smaller size between 98 and 146 pixels, so prioritize accuracy.
- Balloons wobble up and down and bounce off the top and bottom edges, so time your taps carefully when they cross paths.
Questions
What happens if I tap the wrong color?
Tapping a balloon that does not match the target color will subtract exactly one point from your score. You must be careful to avoid losing points when the screen gets crowded.
What changes between the three difficulty levels?
Easy has three colors and slower balloons. Medium introduces six colors. Hard features nine colors, faster balloons moving between 96 and 168 speed, and up to 13 balloons on screen at once.
What happens if the target color is not on the screen?
If there are no balloons matching your current target color, the game will automatically spawn one for you after a brief 2.6-second grace period, ensuring you can always score.
