In Galactic Dreadnought Striker, you pilot an interceptor tasked with dismantling a massive enemy battleship. Your ship auto-fires as you maneuver to dodge incoming projectiles. The boss consists of five distinct segments, including the 390-health Core Hull and the 210-health Bridge. As the fight progresses, the dreadnought's fire rate increases, and after 12 seconds, it begins shooting triple-spread attacks. The run ends in victory when all five segments are destroyed, or in defeat if a single projectile hits your ship.
Tips
- Missiles deal 58 damage but have a 118-radius splash effect, making them perfect for damaging multiple adjacent dreadnought segments at once.
- Plasma shots travel slower than missiles but deal a massive 122 damage per hit, which is ideal for breaking the 390-health Core Hull quickly.
- The dreadnought's attack rate speeds up over time, and after 12 seconds, it gains a 45 percent chance to fire a wide three-shot spread.
Questions
How do I change weapons?
When you destroy a dreadnought segment, it drops an ammo core. Catching this core switches your weapon to either missiles, heavy plasma, or a continuous laser beam.
How is the final score calculated?
You earn points for destroying segments, grabbing cores, and surviving. If you win, you also receive a time bonus calculated by subtracting your elapsed time multiplied by 90 from 12,000.
What happens if I touch the dreadnought?
Your interceptor is instantly destroyed if it collides with any living segment of the dreadnought or gets hit by an enemy projectile, forcing you to restart the run.
